Derby Vipers (Ladies Rugby) Introduction

Welcome to the Ladies Rugby section of the Derby RFC website. The Derby Vipers were set up in 2006 and have been playing within a league for 4 years.

We are still a developing team with lots to learn by both novice and experienced players!!! So if you want to try something different or want to return to the sport then experienced and non experienced players are always welcome! We aim to get fit, make friends and most of all have a bit of fun!

During the season we train every Monday night 7pm to 9pm and sometimes on Friday nights with numbers permitting.

We also welcome any Junior players, who are coming through to play Senior rugby this year, please get in contact as we'd love to have you on board.

So whether you've picked a rugby ball up before or not, there is space in many capacities for you to become a Senior Ladies Rugby Player.

So try it once and then decide if it's for you??? but my guess is if you're still reading this then the rugby bug has begun to bite you so come on down we'd love to meet you.
