19th May'12 - A reminder that the NLD U15s Cup Final of Derby U15s v Melbourne U15s takes place tomorrow (Sunday 20th May) at Derby RFC with a kickoff time of 11am.

19th May'12 - Rugby League at Derby RFC on Wednesday 23rd May with England Students v The Army. KO is 7.30pm. The Bar is open from 5:30pm, hot food available from 6pm.

19th May'12 - Derby RFC AGM takes place at the Club on Wednesday 13th June starting at 7.30pm. Here's the AGM agenda (PDF file) and also the current list of Club Officers (PDF File) which is mentioned in the Agenda.

14th May'12 - Ex Derby Mini's player Jonathan Joseph has been selected to play for England on their tour to South Africa later this year. Jonathan has been playing at Centre for London Irish and was in the England U20/21's at the same time as Owen Farrell. Jonathan played until U11s at Derby and then moved to Newbury. His Dad, Ivan was head coach for that age group and an old buddy of Roxy's and long standing Club Member, so as a result, Derby RFC ended up going to the Newbury 10's once a year as a Juniors tradition. Jonathan was the 'guest of honour' at last Saturday's Colts Presentation evening at Derby RFC.

11th May'12 - U17s & U18s NLD 'Sevens' result, last Sunday our U17s beat Sherwood Barbarians 33-12 in Plate final and our U18s beat Southwell 17-7 in Cup final. Pictured below are our U17s and U18s.
